- Solid carbon block construction:
Compressed coconut shell carbon provides up to ten times the surface area of loose granular carbon, preventing channelling and ensuring consistent filtration performance. - Sub-micron particle removal:
The tightly compacted block design filters particles well below the nominal micron rating, straining out sediment, dirt, algae, asbestos and cryptosporidium. - Chlorine and odour removal:
Highly effective at removing residual chlorine taste and odours through a combination of adsorption and catalytic reduction, delivering noticeably cleaner-tasting water. - Retains beneficial minerals:
While removing contaminants, the carbon block preserves the natural mineral content of your water – including calcium, magnesium and potassium. - Broad contaminant removal:
Reduces volatile organic compounds, pesticides, herbicides and other chemical contaminants commonly found in municipal and bore water supplies. - Sustainable coconut shell carbon:
Made from a renewable, natural resource with no chemical additives – an environmentally responsible choice for whole-premises water filtration. - Hygienic packaging:
Each cartridge is individually shrink wrapped to maintain purity from factory to installation.
